RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

At Re:Velvet, we are happy to process refunds for returned items under the following conditions:

  1. Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase must be provided with the returned item. Alternatively, the date of purchase so we can retrieve the order in our system. 
  2. Return Period: Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  3. Condition of Items: Items should be in their original condition as sold, with labels - if relevant-  intact and free from stains or damage. Faulty items are, of course, exempt from this condition.

RETURN SHIPPING FOR ONLINE PURCHASES 

Please note that we currently do not offer free online returns as we are a growing business. However, we are happy to accept  free returns in person at our studio, S005, Alfie´s Antiques  Market, LONDON, NW8 8DT, on the 2nd floor gallery
