DELIVERY, SHIPPING & RETURNS INFORMATION 

At Re:Velvet, we thrive to offer you solutions with low carbon footprint with regards to shipping and logistics too.

As such all our packages are recycled and / or compostable/biodegradable. 

Shipping costs depend on origin of the goods and the country of delivery. As we do work with vendors that may ship directly, they all use different couriers and thus, prices differ.

Shipping is charged unless you place an order above 65€ in the U.K mainland.

Returns and refunds are, unfortunately not subsidised currently. We are working on it to offer you the best and most sustainable shipping  and return solutions.

UK

Free for Orders which value is above £75

For shipping on orders below £75

• UP TO 5KG: £4.50
• UP TO 10 KG: £6.50€ 
• MORE THAN 10KG:£1€

NOTE: The weight is calculated at checkout for orders below 75€

Free Shipping for any order above £250€ 

Purchases below £250€: £15 for all shipping up to 5 kg

REST OF THE WORLD

Up to 5kg, £25. Please note that, most of our items are pre-owned but duty still is due. We are afraid we cannot always include duty in the parcel.

DELIVERY TIMEFRAME

Packages are treated within 2.5 days from the order date during weekdays, if ordered on the week-end, the treatment will be handled from the next Monday onwards. 

Orders in Mainland E.U. may take up to 4 days, but usually are delivered within 5 days, Greece may take a bit longer due to the last mile configuration. 

Orders in Non-E.U. countries usually take between 5 to 10 days (ex.U.S). Please note that delivery times may differ based on how long it takes the Customs to treat your package and also, what the last mile courier configuration looks like. 

 DUTIES & CUSTOMS 

Please note that we are not, at this stage, able to include your duties in the checkout. This will have to be dealt with your local post office.
