Refund policy

RETURNS & FULL REFUND 

Re:Velvet will refund any returned item under certain conditions: 

  1. Proof of purchase must be provided 
  2. The validity for returns and refunds is that the items are returned within 30 days post purchase. 
  3. The labels are still attached as they were originally and items are in the same condition as sold (no stains, no label taken off etc ) unless the item is fault

We will not, at the moment, offer free online return, as we are just getting started as a business. We, however, will accept the return in our studio / shop 005 located on the second floor, at Alfie´s Antique Gallery - 13-25 Church Street NW8 8DT.
