A richly patterned vintage ETRO Milano bucket hat, made in Italy and crafted from a substantial multicoloured jacquard textile in the house’s unmistakable decorative style.

The fabric combines burnt red, rust, tobacco brown, muted sage, gold and burgundy tones in an intricate mix of paisley, ornamental and tapestry-inspired motifs. Rather than using a conventional printed surface, the pattern is woven into the textile, giving the hat depth, texture and a beautifully dimensional appearance.

The silhouette features a softly structured crown with panelled construction and a gently downturned brim, finished with a matching self-fabric band and loop detail around the crown. The overall effect sits between a classic bucket hat and a modernised cloche, with enough structure to hold its shape while remaining soft and wearable. The interior is fully lined in deep red satin.

ETRO has long been associated with richly layered paisley and jacquard textiles, and the house continues to use Paisley as a defining motif across its accessories and contemporary hat collections. 

A characterful Italian designer accessory with an almost upholstery-like richness, ideal with tailoring, velvet, knitwear or a simple monochrome coat.

Excellent vintage condition. The jacquard retains strong colour, texture and definition throughout, with only light signs of previous wear visible on close inspection. The crown and brim retain their intended structure, the self-fabric band remains secure, and the interior satin lining and designer labels are intact.

Condition is reflected in price.
