A charming vintage hair barrette decorated with a cluster of small rhinestone flowers in soft pink and vivid yellow-green. The central floral arrangement is framed by two smaller blossoms, creating a delicate, slightly asymmetric spray across the front of the clip.

The antiqued silver-tone setting has scalloped floral edges and individually set round rhinestones, while the reverse features an early pinch-wire clasp with a long looped wire fastening. This simple tension mechanism is characteristic of many mid-century hair accessories and gives the piece a particularly authentic vintage appearance. 

A pretty accent for a half-up hairstyle, French twist or softly pinned chignon, and an appealing piece for collectors of vintage costume jewellery and traditional hair accessories.

Fair vintage condition.

The barrette shows visible age-related wear, tarnishing and darkening to the silver-tone metal, particularly on the reverse and around the rhinestone settings.

Several rhinestones are missing, including stones from the smaller outer flowers and at least one setting within the main floral cluster. The remaining pink and yellow-green stones retain attractive colour and sparkle, although minor surface wear may be present.

The wire fastening is intact and complete , and its grip and tension checked . The condition and missing stones have been reflected in the suggested price.
