A richly embellished Self-Portrait tailored blazer, covered throughout in intricate floral embroidery and multicoloured sequins against a black base.

The decoration combines turquoise, blue, violet, soft pink, gold and bronze tones, forming a dense botanical pattern that catches the light beautifully. The embroidery gives the jacket considerably more depth than a simple sequin surface, with flowers, leaves and scrolling stems worked across the front, sleeves and back.

Cut in a longline, gently shaped blazer silhouette, it features classic notched lapels, long sleeves, discreet front fastening and a fully lined interior. The dark satin lining keeps the inside beautifully finished while allowing the elaborate outer embroidery to remain the focus.

It is a particularly effective evening piece because it combines the structure of tailoring with the luminosity of occasionwear — equally suited to black trousers, a slip dress or, more unexpectedly, denim.

Excellent pre-owned condition. The jacket presents beautifully overall, with the floral embroidery and sequins retaining strong colour and sparkle. There is no occasional minor irregularity or loosened sequin, consistent with careful previous wears. The lining also is clean and well preserved.
