Good vintage condition with visible age-related wear. The natural-material sections show variation, fine surface marks and some darker areas consistent with age and handling. There are also visible joins and fine lines within the sections, which appear inherent to the construction and material. The gold-tone metal has developed areas of patina and darkening, particularly around the decorative mounts and fastening. The central stone shows surface wear and natural-looking inclusions. The hinge and pin fastening appear intact and functional.

Avoid soaking or abrasive cleaning, as moisture could affect the internal fixings or aged metal finish.
