An exceptional Christian Dior Boutique T-shirt from the John Galliano era, dating to the highly collectible 2001 Miss Diorella period.

Made in France in crisp white cotton jersey, the fitted short-sleeved T-shirt is scattered with appliqué and embroidered patches inspired by vintage racing, workwear and Americana insignia. Among them are the distinctive “North Chris Dior Speedway – Montaigne Paris”, “Certified Precision Dior Miss Diorella” and C. Dior motifs, alongside further Christian Dior Boutique patches to the sleeves and back.

The deliberately hand-applied appearance — visible contrasting stitches, slightly irregular patch edges and layered badges — is integral to Galliano’s playful reworking of everyday visual culture for Dior. The effect is part motorsport souvenir, part customised vintage T-shirt, translated into a luxury fashion piece.

The Miss Diorella designs are among the most recognisable pieces from Dior’s early-2000s Galliano period. Surviving examples from the collection feature the same mixture of trompe-l’œil, commercial-style graphics and racing-inspired Dior patches, and are increasingly sought after by collectors.

Good vintage condition with signs of age and wear appropriate to an original white cotton T-shirt from the early 2000s. There is some light marking visible to the white fabric, particularly around the neckline and in isolated areas of the body. The appliqué patches retain strong colour and character, with deliberately exposed and irregular stitching consistent with the design.
