A vibrant red cropped camisole by Privacy Please, designed with an entirely shirred stretch body and feminine ruffle detailing.

The close-fitting bodice is constructed from densely gathered elastic shirring, giving the top considerable stretch while creating its distinctive textured surface. A softly ruffled edge finishes both the neckline and hem.

The shoulder straps are particularly attractive, combining narrow rouleau-style straps with continuous gathered ruffles that extend upwards from the bodice, giving an otherwise minimal crop top a more romantic, playful character.

Made from a lightweight 90% polyester and 10% elastane fabric, the stretch construction allows the top to mould comfortably to the body without additional fastenings.

A very good example of the late-2010s revival of lingerie-inspired and romantic summer dressing, and an easy piece to style with high-waisted denim, tailored trousers or a full skirt.
