One size

A striking vintage Louis Féraud Paris Beachwear pareo in a vivid palette of scarlet, coral and deep red, finished with an abstract crackled / reptile-like linear print.

Cut as a generous rectangular wrap, it can be worn traditionally as a sarong or pareo, wrapped at the waist over swimwear, styled as a halter cover-up, or used as an oversized lightweight scarf. The semi-sheer polyester fabric is fluid and very light, allowing it to drape and knot beautifully.

The irregular tonal bands give the piece considerably more visual depth than a simple red pareo: areas of coral and vermilion alternate with darker burgundy-red markings, while the fine black veining creates an almost crackled lacquer or abstract snakeskin effect.
