A one-of-a-kind Re:Velvet Upstyled necklace, assembled from three separate vintage and pre-owned elements and reworked into a new statement piece.

The necklace combines a substantial gold-tone chain with a sculptural two-part pendant. The upper section incorporates a faceted deep-blue glass bead, originally taken from a bracelet, set within a textured gold-tone mount. Suspended beneath is a curved blue semi-precious gemstone pendant, creating a talismanic, horn-like silhouette.

The contrast between the weight of the chain, the faceted glass and the organic form of the gemstone gives the necklace an eclectic, collected-over-time character. Rather than disguising the different origins of its components, the design deliberately brings them together, giving otherwise separate pieces a new purpose.

The elongated proportions make it particularly effective worn over knitwear, a simple dress or tailoring, while the blue pendant provides a strong focal point.

Upstyled by Re:Velvet in London using existing jewellery components. Each element has been repurposed rather than newly manufactured, making this a unique piece.

Very good upcycled condition. As the necklace incorporates vintage and pre-owned components, the gold-tone metal shows light surface wear and patination consistent with previous use. The glass and gemstone components remain well presented. These characteristics form part of the individual nature of the piece.
