A beautifully structured wide-brim straw hat by Stormafit Leisure Country Clothing, combining traditional country styling with a wonderfully sculptural silhouette.

The hat is woven in a warm natural straw tone, with a high, flat-topped crown and generous sweeping brim. Around the crown sits a substantial layered band in a coarser natural-fibre weave, creating a subtle tonal contrast and giving the otherwise simple shape considerable texture.

Its proportions are particularly appealing: the broad brim gives excellent presence without relying on decorative embellishment, while the straight-sided crown gives it something of a relaxed boater or planter-hat influence. The neutral palette makes it extremely easy to style with linen, cotton, denim and summer tailoring.

The interior retains its original Stormafit Leisure – Country Clothing label. Stormafit is a British country and outdoor clothing company established in 1988 and continues to produce straw hats today.

A lovely piece for summer dressing, garden parties, holidays or simply as a textural finishing piece with an oversized shirt or relaxed tailoring.
